Somerfield are asking key suppliers to adopt EDI invoicing and have recommended their suppliers consider using Freeway Commerce's Spectrum product on the grounds that it is low cost, self-installable, easy to use and can be upgraded to integrate with over 60 accounting packages.

Spectrum offers suppliers the choice of keying-in invoices or importing them directly from their back-office accounting systems, eradicating duplication of effort and potential keying errors.
