Software Support
In addition to the software solution, Freeway will provide configuration, testing, training and on-going telephone support and software maintenance as part of the proposed solution. By utilising PC Anywhere or Radmin remote access software, all support and upgrades can be carried out quickly and efficiently.
Freeway's support service is available from 8.30am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays through dedicated telephone and email services. A unique support reference number is allocated to customers that log a support call, and this reference is used throughout the process of resolving any issue.
Operational support staff are backed by a dedicated technical resource to try and resolve any programming issue as quickly as possible, any on-going issues are escalated to the development and software managers within Freeway. Any issues that cannot be resolved immediately will be advised to the client, including estimated resolution times and proposed actions to investigate and diagnose.
